Pay your consultation fee or booking deposit online
Smaller payments — the video consultation fee and the booking deposit that confirms your treatment slot — can be paid securely online in your currency. The remaining treatment cost is settled at the hospital or by international bank transfer, per your estimate.

Larger surgical package payments are settled by international bank transfer (SWIFT) or in person at the hospital — card gateways aren’t used for the full amount, in line with standard medical-tourism payment practice.
Processed through Razorpay’s international payment gateway (135+ currencies, global card acceptance) for consultation fees and deposits. Bank-transfer details and a FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate) are issued for treatment-package payments, for your records and any insurance claim back home.

No. Every international case starts with a video consultation and a written estimate based on your reports. Travel is planned only after you've reviewed and accepted the plan.
A hospital invitation letter (issued once your treatment plan is confirmed), your passport, and standard Indian medical visa (M-visa) documentation. The coordinator provides the invitation letter and a checklist.
Yes — India issues a Medical Attendant (MX) visa for one companion per patient, using the same hospital invitation letter.
By international card, bank transfer completed before admission, or in person at the hospital's billing desk — whichever your estimate specifies. A FIRC is issued for every foreign remittance.
Yes. Follow-up reviews are scheduled by video call, with your local doctor copied on reports where useful, particularly during a lengthening or correction period that continues after you travel home.
